Authorities are looking for a suspect who stole $3,000 worth of items from a Hephzibah home Tuesday morning.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office went to the 3000 block of Pamplona Drive, where William Gordon, 41, said an unknown person stole his laptop and 24-inch gold necklace between 10:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, an incident report said.

The laptop was valued at $1,300 and the necklace was estimated to be worth $1,700.

Deputies noted that there were no signs of forced entry, and that all windows and doors were closed, the report said.
