Lived nearby at one time

My daughters /friends walked this road many times in years past......they were safe at that time....now it is a danger zone......why did we let this happen to a beautiful & safe area?

And people are

too intimidated to say "There goes the neighborhood." Property can't be rented, much less sold when uneducated thugs move in. They are like locust.

That shouldn't have ever happened....

isn't using a gun in the commission of a crime against the law? Why didn't that stop the bad guy?

Maybe more gun laws are the answer.
