DOVER, Del. — Dover police say an Augusta man tried to flush nearly three kilograms of PCP when he was found at a vacant property.

Police said Tuesday that officers called to a home on Heritage Drive on Sunday found Eljer Ingram, 32, of Augusta and four other people.

Capt. Tim Stump says Ingram tried to flush 2,984 grams of the drug mixture down a toilet, but failed.

Ingram is charged with possession of a large amount of PCP, trespassing, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stump says the four other people found at the property were also charged with trespassing.

Ingram is being held at Vaughn Correctional Center on more than $50,000 secured bond.

Remember when we used to export textiles up north?

...now...they get our thugs.

I can live with that.

I don't see where any area

I don't see where any area "receiving" thugs is a good thing.

The drug trafficking problem in the southeast is at a fever pitch. There is more "junk" coming thru Atlanta than the public knows about. The Atlanta law enforcement offices have lost control of the city. Atlanta is a major major hub of activity coming from Mexico, Venezuela, and beyond. We aren't talking bags of dope, but Kilos and Kilos of the stuff. And the folks on the other side of the border are cut throat, literally.

The US has got to take this on at the source. Arresting this punk is like taking aspirin for cancer. It wont do anything.
