Police received a tip from a Department of Family and Child Services employee that drugs were being sold and stored at a home in the 600 block of Debbie Drive, according to Richmond County sheriff’s Lt. Calvin Chew.

Naun Padilla, 34, who lived at the home told police he had about 3 ounces of crystal methamphetamine there and consented to a search of the residence.

Police recovered 1,336.6 grams of methamphetamine, 10 grams of marijuana and two firearms in Padilla’s bedroom. Padilla claimed ownership of the items.

He has been charged with felony counts of trafficking methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. He was also wanted in Taliaferro County on outstanding drug warrants.

Refreshing

Nice to see a crook give up peacefully and accept responsibility.

28.35 grams per once. No comprende' mathematics'. I just want to live and work hard in a free country.

I also like to drive intoxicated, without neither proof of insurance or a valid driver's license. These are my "three pillars" of my work ethic.

Drug Dealer caught dope in hand,

A Quick Inventory
SKS with Banana clip in Brand New condition,
20 to 30 rounds of Mil surplus SKS ammo in a plastic bag,

9mm pistol, Also in near prefect condition not even a ding of the hand grips. Ammo clip with 8 rds. loaded

Box of 19 rds 9mm - 31 rounds missing - time for a pistol ballistics check

25 rds of a different pistol caliber?
(Are we missing a pistol?)

About 15 US currency bills with a few Benjamin's on top,

Lots of Mid-Level Dealer weight drugs. Enough to zone out over 1,000 addicted drug users.

A high tech digital scale

My thoughts are and still are,
When an Addictive drug dealer is caught red handed, they need to be executed.

Yes give them 2 appeals to ensure justice. One state and 1 federal, all done within 2 years, and not placed in prison for 10 - Life. There is no reason for appeals to drag out beyond 5 years as we see too much of everyday.

Think of the crimes a 1000+ addicts will need to commit to feed a drug habit.
