Burglar takes gun from house

An Augusta gun owner reported a firearm was stolen from his home on Saturday, apparently by a burglar who climbed through an unlocked bedroom window.

The handgun is listed on a Richmond County Sheriff’s incident report as a black 9-mm Ruger LC9, valued at $400. Also stolen from the home in the 3400 block of Wayside Drive were a $400 PlayStation 3 and a 32-inch Vizio flat screen television valued at $300.

I'll bet that gun is already in some thug's waistband, and the serial number is already filed off. You could also joke that the thug that bought the gun surrendered to an enhanced background check. But, THIS is going to keep the guns out of the criminal's hands...RIGHT !!

This perp has been outfitted

This perp has been outfitted for his next crime. He now has a gun, which will make his next crime easier, and with a television and playstation 3, he will be able to relax and unwind after his next criminal activity. If all guns were banned, this would never have happened.(sarcasm)

Too bad the owner wasn't home

Too bad the owner wasn't home when the guy entered the house. He could have taken a criminal off the streets. He would still have his gun (eventually). The police could have provided him a complementary cleaning of it.
