The Richmond County sheriff’s bomb squad assisted in an ATF investigation in North Augusta this morning.

According to a Richmond County news release, the ATF was involved in an unspecified “police action” between 3-4 a.m. in the parking lot of Waffle House on Martintown Road.

ATF agents notified the bomb squad and Aiken County Sheriff’s Office in regards to a suspicious vehicle.

The bomb squad rendered the vehicle and surrounding area safe, concluding their involvement in the case.

Further details are limited.

Was this Masters related?

To draw GA into SC and RCSO into Aiken Co. is a interesting jurisdictional question ?

When will we get the full story, After Master's?
