Jaequan S. Malone, 24, of Columbia, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Augusta to four years in prison. Shikym R. Williams, 25, also of Columbia, was sentenced earlier this year to six years in prison.
According to the U.S. attorney’s office, Malone was stopped for driving 100 mph on Interstate 20 by a Taliaferro County sheriff’s deputy on May 31, 2011. In addition to the fraudulent cards and equipment, there were also 350 stolen credit and debit card numbers found.
After his prison sentence, Malone must pay $7,617 in restitution while on supervised release for three years.
