Police said Daniel Ortalaza faces charges after he went to his girlfriend’s Ulm Road home March 17 and began beating on the door and threatened to burn the house down.

Two days later, he returned to the home and again attempted to gain entry, police said. Those inside tried to barricade the door and then fired shots through it to try to scare Ortalaza away. Ortalaza got inside, punched one of the occupants several times and then ran away.

He will be charged with felony terroristic threats and acts, two counts of criminal trespass and a charge of simple battery, according to police.

Had a gun but didn't use it

Had a gun but didn't use it for proper defense. Why have one?

I see from the mug shot it's

I see from the mug shot it's not his first trip around the horn. Must be something with twisting that hair up so tight. Cuts blood flow off to the brain or something. Too bad the people inside didn't pop him when he crashed the door. It's a lot easier to find them at the Coroner's office and it keeps them from coming back.

People inside the house need to go down to the range and practice their aim a bit.
