Silence

I support the victim's right to remain silent. However, since he is not co-operating with the police, I request the police not to spend any more valuable resources on this punk.

LittleLamb...

I bet the police wish they could just walk away from a victim who is not helping them. Unfortunately it is their duty to serve and protect no matter the situation. There's a shooter on the loose and they need to do everything they can to bring him/her (probably him) to justice before it happens again...possibly fatal.

Too bad he can't be charged

Too bad he can't be charged with aiding and abetting since he won't help catch the perp.
