Augusta liquor store bandit sought

Police continue to investigate the armed robbery of a Wrightsboro Road liquor store Wednesday night.



According to a news release from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, a black man entered H&S Wine and Spirits, 3150 Wrightsboro Road, around 10:35 p.m. and demanded cash at gunpoint. He fled with the cash in an unknown direction.

A description of the suspect has not been released.

Take away that thief's weapons carry permit....

Of course he has a permit.

The law says he can't carry a weapon without one. Certainly no self-respecting criminal would break the law would he?
