Question:

Is there any way to speed up these Help Requests?

9 days is a big delay.

Same thing happened to me...

This is probably the same scum that stole from me. 7 Days earlier, while having my children at the dentist, I come out to find my car window busted and my belongings stolen. Within 45 minutes over $500 was charged over and over again at this SAME gas station. Tell me how the clerks working don't know what's going on..??? Seems to me that an internal investigation needs to go on at this store. Disgusting........
