Hector Torres, 19, has pleaded not guilty to all charges in Richmond County Superior Court. His trial began last week but it was continued until today because a prosecution witness was out of the country.
Torres, Hamlet Perdomo, 25, and Michael Rewis, 21, were arrested in September 2010 on charges including murder, rape, armed robbery and aggravated assault. The homicide charge is for the Sept. 11, 2010, shooting death of 56-year-old Carl Bush Sr. on Reynolds Street.
