Simple solution to simple problem. Shoot on site any driver of any golf cart on a public road. Golf carts pay no road taxes, have no insurance, can not keep up with traffic flow, no signal equipment and on and on. Now you want us to spend tax money to find one riding down the street.

Jealousy is a terrible thing.

Jealousy is a terrible thing. In SC, the carts can be driven on road where speeds are 30 or under, have to have a "paid" registration, can't be driven after dark, should have insurance, and adult driven. Like I said, jealousy is a terrible thing.

Another great example

The Thief Pictures posted and passed around WITHIN days, not months.

Yep North Augusta is in the lead.
Question is can Augusta / Downtown shallow some pride and following the good example?
