A Richmond County grand jury indicted a man accused of biting off his father-in-law’s earlobe on a charge of aggravated battery.

Collins was charged with domestic violence in 2008 and 2009, but one case was dismissed and the other reduced to reckless conduct. Collins could will be arraigned on the new felony charge later this month in Richmond County Superior Court.
Is Mr. Harrison STILL Mr. Collin's father in law?
Oh yeh, just keep on dismissing and reducing those charges Mr. Prosecutor. It always works out so well for their next victims and eventually they will murder somebody and you might actually have to take them to trial and DO YOUR JOB.

When questioned further, Mr. Collins stated that earlobes taste a lot like chicken.

I'm 100% certain y'all are sharp enough to understand why some would think the weapons involved in mass shootings should be treated differently than the weapons that bit a man's earlobe off.
