Tina Marie Wishman, 48, of Appling, was arrested for disorderly conduct early Sunday.

Tina Marie Wishman, 48, of the 3600 block of Johns Road, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Wishman called the Columbia County Sheriff’s Department at 1:15 a.m. about harassing phone calls from a neighbor. While en route, the responding deputy got a call from the neighbor about harassing phone calls from Wishman, according to an incident report.

Wishman complained about her neighbor’s grown children and dogs. She was intoxicated and her speech was slurred, according to the report.

When asked about the phone calls, Wishman handed the deputy her phone, which showed messages from her neighbor. The deputy also saw that Wishman started the texting with a message to her neighbor that included curse words.

The deputy warned Wishman at 1:45 a.m. not to contact her neighbor again or she could go to jail and Wishman agreed.

The deputy went to Wishman’s neighbor’s home. The neighbor said Wishman called her five times and left one vulgar message. The neighbor also said Wishman violated a Good Behavior Order that states Wishman is not to have any contact with her neighbor and can’t drink alcohol, according to the report.

While the deputy was at the neighbor’s home, Wishman called again at 1:53 a.m. Wishman’s neighbor called the deputy back to her home at 2:20 a.m. and saw on her phone call log that she’d received two calls from Wishman since he left, according to the report. Wishman also left another vulgar message taunting her neighbor about not being arrested.

The deputy arrested Wishman and took her to the Columbia County Detention Center. She was released later Sunday after posting a $500 bond, according to jailers.

Is this for real??????

Unbelievable - most ridiculous thing I've read in the AC in a long time.
Should be posted in some neighborhood rag - they should have to pay for the time the deputies had to drive back and forth to "make peace".
Happy New Year Folks - love each other - don't be ugly - OK?

These peeps need a few more generations out of the forest canopy

Then maybe they will learn how to live as civilized human beings instead of like apes squabbling and fighting over garbage.

This is just disgusting, all the more since they actually are able to register and vote when what really needs to happen is another stint in kindergarten spent learning the basics of social interaction outside the family.

Take her back to jail.

She sound dangerous when she is drunk.

Did they remove any guns from her house as a preventive measure?

To bad we can't give her one of those limited kiddie cellphones that only dials 4 numbers.

911, her Pharmacy, 1 relatives and her P.O.

Some doctor will give her a mental health diagnosis so she can start getting her SSI/SSDI entitlements.

How foolish is it to call the

How foolish is it to call the police on yourself?

She doesn't need a mental health diagnosis, alcoholism is a recognized disability. But if a drunk was calling me in the middle of the night, I'd call the police too. Who needs that?

And it sounds like it's an ongoing problem, too.

"give her a mental health

"give her a mental health diagnosis so she can start getting her SSI/SSDI entitlements."

My bet is that she is already on it which is why she can afford to drink and stay up all night calling people. If she worked she'd be to tired to do stupid crap like this.
