Man indicted on vehicular homicide charge in child's death pleads not guity

 

A man accused of vehicular homicide in the death of a 7-year-old boy pleaded not guilty Friday.

Allen B. Harmon, 32, made his first appearance in Richmond County Superior Court since his indictment last week. A bond hearing for Harmon, who was taken into custody Friday, is set for Monday.

Harmon is charged with first-degree vehicular homicide in connection with the Oct. 29 crash at Peach Orchard and Willis Foreman roads.

Jamal Lovett was ejected from the vehicle he was in and died of his injuries.
