Richmond County sheriff’s deputies have made an arrest in a shooting that wounded a 19-year-old man at a convenience store Dec. 7, Lt. Blaise Dresser said.

Marcus Anthony Leverett, 28, was arrested Wednesday and charged in the shooting of Richard Mills at the Pak-N-Go in the 1600 block of Olive Road. Mills was shot at least three times in the legs and chest, police said.

Leverett faces charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a first offender probationer, Dresser said in an e-mail.

OC......good call last night.

OC......good call last night. Wonder if the two are related. A "runs in the family" kind of thing?

If they can't get the right guy in the report I guess it's way too much to ask that they dig deep enough to find out why he did it.

Mistakes are gonna happen from time to time.

The difference between the AC and us.
We get to make most of our mistakes in private, or edit them later.
The AC publishes theirs and a 100k see it in minutes.

Sean M.
does the AC have an Email or URL to report mistakes?
I looked for about 5 mins last night and kept missing it.
