Police are looking for two men caught on camera using a debit card stolen from a University Hospital intensive care patient.
According to an incident report, the 59-year-old Thomson woman was flown to University Hospital on Nov. 12 and remained in a coma for several days. Later the victim’s daughter discovered a debit card and a bottle of Xanax had been removed from her mother’s purse, which had been left on a table by her bed.
On Nov. 18, nearly $400 in transactions were spread across six gas stations and three cellphone service providers.
