Crack cocaine

What a scourge on the earth. I would force the aressted people to go directly to rehab for 3 months. It would keep the jails free for violent criminals while helping the addicts.

Welcome to the new world. When you have no hope, you takes the dope.
Where are the zealous "reverends"? Are they a part of the culture? Do they still have an answer for this culture?

Oh, that was another culture. A catchy phrase for tee shirts. Made a lot of money for someone. Really had an effect on the schools, not. Sort of like MADD.

Why we can't win the drug war

After being married to an addict for 25 years these are lessons learned. Rehab only works for those who want it, more often then not rehab is used to get family off their back and garner sympathy. Everything is utilized to support a habit including children; the choice between a kid’s bike and groceries for the home and drug of choice is easy for them. The drugs win. Any sympathy given will be used against the person giving it. They will blame shift any situation making everyone else a villain unless they consider you a revenue source. I could go on and on Educating people around them does more to help then rehab could. We are to quick to blame drugs and not the users, sort of like arresting bullets and turning the murderer free.

by the looks of it to me. No self-respecting obama-ite would ever be caught doing anything underhanded.
