Around 10 p.m., police were called to a shooting in the 3700 block of Bath Patterson Road. They found a woman dead and sent a man to Medical College of Georgia Hospital, where he was in critical condition, sheriff’s Sgt. Jason Vinson said.
Vinson said they were trying to piece together what happened late Friday; details were sketchy.
