The 2007 murder conviction of Thomas Antonio Brown was upheld Monday by Georgia Supreme Court justices.

Brown was indicted on charges including murder and aggravated assault for his role in the drive-by shooting of Bon Joshwa Albright on July 27, 2006. Evidence at trial showed Brown committed the shooting in retaliation for shots fired at him earlier that evening. The triggerman, Mark Graham, is also serving a life sentence after he was convicted of murder in 2007, court records show.

Brown appealed his sentence on several grounds, including a lack of convicting evidence and prejudicial jury selection. Justices said in their opinion they found no merit in any of his arguments.

Huh?

It's an excellent court and does a good job balancing the rights of victims and society vs. due process for criminals. Why do you criticize them?
