Police have found a missing woman who was last seen Tuesday.

Qua'Adra Lashonda Smith, 18, was wearing faded black and white tights, a red long-sleeve sweater and white tennis shoes when she was last seen in the 1700 block of Olive Road.   SPECIAL

Qua'Adra Lashonda Smith, 18, was wearing faded black and white tights, a red long-sleeve sweater and white tennis shoes when she was last seen in the 1700 block of Olive Road.


Qua’Adra Lashonda Smith, 18, was located Wednesday night safe and unharmed, police said.
