Unregistered sex offender sought
Richmond County investigators are searching for a man who failed to register as a sex offender.
According to a news release, Tony Oliphant, 41, has not reported a change of address to the sheriff’s office.
His last known address was in the 1600 block of Central Avenue.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff’s office.

According to the RC sex offender registry, he was convicted of child molestation 12/15/2005. AC, 12/16/2005, said he was trying to rape a 15 year old boy and the boy's father caught him.
And he's on probation, he got 7 years and 8 years probation.
Ugh.
