An argument over toilet paper led one woman to break several windows with a baseball bat Thursday, according to an incident report.

Deputies were dispatched to a house in the 3900 block of Lace Drive around 9 a.m. after an argument between a 20-year-old man and his 19-year-old girlfriend escalated while discussing a lack of toilet paper.

Police said the woman, who does not live at the residence, began pounding on the door with a baseball bat found in the yard after she was locked out of the home.

The man told deputies the woman broke windows in the kitchen and living room after making several dents in the door.

The woman drove away in a white Chrysler 300 before deputies arrived. No charges have been filed yet.

I can just imagine the trauma...

I don't even want to be around them when they have the classic "leaving the toilet seat up" argument! At least we have a SWAT team here in the area.

The Necessities of Life

Two things kept in stock in my home---coffee and toilet paper! I am just wondering about something...there was a murderer with a Chrysler 300 on The First 48 today, I wonder if that is the automobile of choice for some lawbreakers...................

No, we didn't.

That is totally disgusting and did not deserve reporting. Leave it to the Jail Report.

Update

The heading up above indicates that this brief story was updated at 7:06 p.m. (coincidentally the same time as Willow Bailey's post). But, to my recollection, there is no additional information provided. What was updated? Was there a word misspelled? Did a dangling participle get undangled?

We need details. First of all, we need to know who. We also need to know how many windows were broken. It matters.

Toilet paper is important. Was there no toilet paper in the residence? Or was, perhaps (as shrimp suggested), the toilet paper of low quality and a little bit on the rough side?

Details

My bet is that he did not put a new roll on the toilet paper holder. What do you say ladies? How many times has that happened in your house? That is probably what made her get that bat out...

Slowest news day ever

Amazing what people get up to.
Oh, yeah, and like every other guy I never change the roll. Just balance the new roll on the holder. And after a couple of hours, if my wife is at home, the new roll magically snaps itself onto the holder! Amazing, and it never fails.

Dixieman...

....you and I must use the same brand. I've never figured that one out. I keep sneaking up on the bathroom to see if I can spot the exact instant that the toilet paper snaps itself onto the holder but it never happens.

I've had a little better luck catching a pot of water at the moment it begins to boil, but so far that's been the limit of my success.

I have thought about asking my wife if she might have an idea as to what's going on but that would be a waste of time. She's just not that smart.

I guess that that this will continue to be one of life's great unsolved mysteries.

Oh boy...you had better hope she doesn't read this forum and that she doesn't have a bat.
