Police seek man in nightclub shooting

Authorities were searching Thursday for a suspect in a Wednesday night shooting at a nightclub.

Gregory Cody, 37, of the 400 block of East Boundary, was shot once in the left arm at the College Bowl Lounge, 127 Laney-Walker Boulevard Extension, about 7:30 p.m., according to Richmond County sheriff’s Sgt. Dan Carrier.

Terrance Scriven, 27, of the 100 block of Fox Trace Drive, and Cody were involved in an argument before the shooting. Cody was treated at University Hospital and released.

Scriven is wanted on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on file.
