Three caught in Aiken burglary

Three Aiken men are in custody after being caught at a break-in by Aiken Department of Public Safety officers.

According to a news release, officers responded to a residential burglary alarm in the 300 block of Fairfield Street NE about 1 a.m. Monday.

Officers found a broken window and found three burglars inside the home.

After setting up a perimeter, the officers ordered the intruders to come out and placed them in custody.

Dawayne Tavoris Nickerson, 22, Allen Thyshawn Johnson, 18, and Michael Fuller, 22, all of Aiken, have been booked into the County Detention Center on charges of first-degree burglary.

I can understand Dawayne Tavoris and Thyshawn turning out like this but Michael.........Michael could have been a contender.
