An 18-year-old wanted in relation to crimes committed Saturday has been located by Richmond County authorities.

Trelon Baker was booked into the Richmond County Jail this morning on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and simple battery.

Richmond County sheriff’s investigators asked the public Tuesday for assistance in the search for Baker.

Lt. Blaise Dresser said Baker had been identified as a suspect in a Saturday shooting on Richmond Hill Road and was also being sought for questioning in the assault of a 14-year-old girl that occurred the same day on Wharton Drive.
