Augusta teen sought for questioning in Saturday shooting

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a teenager in connection with a Saturday shooting in the 3000 block of Richmond Hill Road.

Trelon Baker, 18, is also wanted for questioning in connection with the assault of a 14-year-old female, which occurred on Wharton Drive on Saturday.

Baker is considered armed and dangerous, according to a news release. He is described as a black male, 5-feet 9-inches and 160 pounds.

He is known to frequent the Wharton Drive and Olmstead Holmes areas. Anyone with information should call (706) 821-1080 and ask to speak with the on-duty violent crimes investigator.

wait if he is wanted and not in custody and there's a booking picture it seems "ole trelon" is no stranger to the justice system. another one of "barry's" kids, mom probably laying down so she can write in her journal before getting her nails done before going down to the welfare office to let them know the three things she's did (laying down, writing, and getting nails done) as efforts to find a job....since he frequents olmstead homes its not a far fetched to believe he's a welfare child and his daddy is no where to be found or in jail
