Arm Robbery ????

Why was the term Armed Robbery vs. Bank Robbery used?

Did he rob the tellers, customers or the credit union/bank?

Because he robbed a credit union not a bank. They are two different things.

Doesn't matter

Whether or not it was a bank doesn't matter. If he was armed, its an armed robbery. Its a bank robbery (in the sense that a credit union is still basically a bank), but it was an armed robbery because he had a weapon.
