Burglars ransack home of deployed soldier

Burglars stole a computer and flatscreen TV from the home of a soldier who is deployed overseas, according to a Richmond County Sheriff’s report.

A Dell laptop and 42-inch LG television were stolen from the home of the soldier on Wednesday, according to a report filed by the soldier's sister. The victim is a member of the US Army.

The burglars broke a rear kitchen window and ransacked the home, according to the report.

WHY!

Why would you advertise to everyone that this Soldier is deployed with the physical address none the less. Just invite all the criminals to the house for a party while your at. Common sense no longer exists.

Any burglar looking for homes with no one home need look no further than Facebook for a treasure trove of info.

Don't put it out there for the world to see that you are on vacation, or even at dinner for that matter. Post pics AFTER you get home.
