Police are looking for a woman who put a tire iron through another woman’s door and then chased and hit her with the weapon, according to a Richmond County Sheriff’s report.

About 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, Tayla Nicole Stewart called police to report harassing phone calls. She told deputies a woman came to her door about 11:30 p.m. the night before and put two holes in her apartment door with a tire iron.

The report said Stewart told police when she answered the door, the woman chased her and hit her several times. After the woman left, Stewart said she continued to call and threaten her.

Deputies noted Stewart had a scrape on her elbow and a cut on her foot.

Never open door to strangers

OK, does she know the woman? Why would you open a door that late at night for anyone other than a family member, and then be careful cause family members can be bad too!!

HUH??? If somebody punches

HUH??? If somebody punches two holes in my front door, or yours, here are the necessary steps. 1. Get your LEGALLY owned firearm. 2. Call 911. 3. DO NOT open the door. Now you are prepared if bad guy does gain entry.

Yes, We Must Ban Semi-Automatic Tire Irons Immediately !!

Remember, it is the tire iron that caused the damage, not the person BEHIND the tire iron.

Assailant my old neighbor?

That alleged assailant's m.o. (modus operandi) sounds like one of my old neighbor's. Lovely. (Not).
