Three arrested in North Augusta on marijuana trafficking charges

Three North Augusta residents are in custody after Aiken County investigators intercepted a package containing more than 10 pounds of marijuana.

According to a news release, investigators stopped the package Tuesday before it was delivered to a residence at 511 San Jose Drive in North Augusta.

Three people were later arrested on charges of trafficking marijuana. They are Raul Munos, 22, of 142 Palmetto Avenue; Gina Renee Delgado, 27, who resided at the incident location; and Jessica Lynn Green, 34, of 142 Palmetto Avenue.

All three have been booked into the Aiken County Detention Center. Authorities estimate the street value of the marijuana at $10,000.

Julio Cesar Morales, 26, of 431 Metz Drive in North Augusta, was also booked on warrants not pertaining to the investigation.

Now they have federal charges.
When are folks going to learn that drugs just aren't worth it.
Oh yeah there's money to be made and lives to destroy. Silly me.
