A 17-year-old who police said shot another teen outside the Kroc Center on Tuesday has been booked into the Richmond County Jail.
Investigators said a 17-year-old was shot in the buttocks after he and another teen were robbed by the suspect in the parking lot around 8:50 p.m. The reason for the teens’ meeting at the location remains under investigation.
Lavon Devonte Freeman, of Hephzibah, was booked this morning on charges of aggravated assault and armed robbery.
What a fitting event for the official christening of the Kroc Center. Who is surprised? Bueller.......Bueller.......

Ain't nothing "lost" about these punks. They know exactly where they are and what they are doing. They make a conscious decision to attempt murder just like any other criminal. Proscute and jail them as such.
I wonder if one thug shooting another thug in the butt even qualifies as a felony under the new GA No Jail For Anything law? I mean...they doubled the shoplifting limit before you get a felony charge. How many butt shots do you get before it's a felony?
