A woman called deputies Tuesday telling them a man sucked her toe at the Grovetown Walmart and told her it was for a TV show.

The 18-year-old said she was shopping when a man, who looked to be in his late 30s or early 40s, walked up and asked if her toenails were painted, according to a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office incident report.

After replying yes and questioning why he wanted to know, the woman was asked if she’d watched America’s Funniest Home Videos.

The man told her he was with the TV show and if she complied with his requests, everything she purchased that day would be free.

She said she reluctantly agreed to let him take a photo of her foot.

He asked if he could kiss her foot as part of the prank and she agreed.

The man guided her to an area behind a clothing rack, dropped to the floor, grabbed her ankle and told her, “Don’t worry. I don’t bite.”

He then started sucking on her big toe. The woman said she screamed at him to stop.

Before the man ran from the store, he told her, “It tasted so good, though.”

You may be right, but all I can say is that if he had approached one of my daughters he would have gotten a knee to the you know what. I talked to my girls all the time aboutt freaks like him and they will tell you that they are affraid probably overly leary of people. However I would rather them be affraid than dead. I have to admit that he was real slick with his line about America's Funniest!!!!

To be perfectly honest, I

To be perfectly honest, I think it's hilarious. I doubt it happened exactly the way it has been described, but even if it did I still think it's funny as heck. I've heard of people with foot fetishes many times and beyond that, if it happened as she claims, I don't see that she got anything, more or less, than she deserves for being so unbelievably stupid.

I don't see the guy as being a threat.....well maybe to Willow, KSL, and a few others, but I'm absolutely sure none of them are that stupid.

You remember the stories about Dick Morris during the days of the Clinton Administration, right?

Perhaps it's the same guy?

Aiken Standard reported a similar story in February fitting the same description and a very similar M.O. If it's the same guy, he has served time for lewd acts on a child and other offenses. It's obvious the man has issues.

Aiken Standard has a photo as he was arrested after a similar incident in North Augusta. He's been reported behaving this way at Walmarts and gas stations across the CSRA.

Thanks, paceralum. I recall reading about that incident. That's my Wall Mart. I don't have to worry about encountering him since he is on no tresspass. Wonder if anyone with a foot fetish has ever been rehabilitated.

KSL, in some ways, yes I

KSL, in some ways, yes I think 18 year old girls are less mature now a days but more importantly people are more devious and immoral than in the past. I guess if something like this did happened 20 or 30 years ago you probably would not have been reading about it in the paper. More than likely the girl would have went home and told her parents but as far as the public knowing about it, she would have been too embarassed for being so gullible to want anyone to know about it.

I promise you ICL, at 15 I

I promise you ICL, at 15 I would not have been that gullible. And way back then, I had no idea there was such a perversion. But if it didn't seem the right thing to do, I would not to it.

Here is an example. When I was 5 1/2 a 6 year girl who lived up the sreet from me proposed that the 2 of us do something that would be considered molestation. I said no and told my mother when I got hope. They moved away shortly after that. When I was older it became obvious to me that she had either been molested or at the very least, witnessed activities chidren didn't normally see or know about. Ahhhh the days of Father Knows Best and the rest of TV of the 50's and 60's.

Our toe sucker and his hapless(and perhaps reluctant) toe suckee have made the Drudge Report and national news.

I guess socially. If he has a willing adult participant, who cares what he does behind his closed doors. Behind a rack of clothes in Wal Mart is a different issue.

Anybody who would voluntarily

Anybody who would voluntarily go behind a rack of clothes in WalMart with a weirdo who has already made his weirdness blatantly obvious is probably lucky all she got was big toe sucking.

In terms of overall

In terms of overall weirdness, I don't consider this any worse than other perversions many other people consider normal, or even laudable.

Next thing you know someone will be demanding a Toe Pride parade through downtown Augusta.

I don't know whether there enough people with this disorder to make it worthwhile, especially if there are banners involved.

I don't think lots of people

I don't think lots of people consider it a "disorder," particularly among married couples. Not that I have any first hand experience, mind you.

Now....in a Wal-Mart, behind a clothing rack, with some woman you barely know, with promises of a fully paid shopping spree.....that is definitely a "disorder."

Does anybody else find it weird that, according to his Campaign Expenditure Forms on ethics.ga.gov, Scott Peebles has paid 45% (Over $40,000) to a business owned and operated by his campaign manager? This same person just so happens to be the rumored next Chief Deputy if he wins the election. Plus if you look at the website for Executive Management Services they have absolutely nothing to do this type of stuff.

You folks just need to SLOW down!!

The "victim" mentioned here is MY daughter. If everyone with their "opinion" would just sit back and learn the truth about this freak, you'd all understand! He served 5 YEARS in prison for doing this years ago to an ELEVEN YEAR old girl!!!!!!!! Which of you above would be willing to put yourselves in my place and pretend that it was YOUR precious little darling???? Whether she is 11 or 18, she's still our child. This guy is a damn freak and he needs to be stopped ASAP.I don't need to be a shrink to realize that he is very capable of going a LOT further.
His NEXT victim could hit home! Wouldn't be so humorous then, would it??
He's a convicted SEX OFFENDER. There has come to light in just the last few days of a lot of victims he's harassed and victimized for YEARS.
Log onto WRDW and check out two videos that their reporter aired....you'll understand.

Get a life.
