Suspect in machete attack caught in Burke County

A woman accused of attacking her boyfriend with a machete was captured in Burke County on Wednesday afternoon.

Stacie Bush, 35, was wanted by Richmond County authorities on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime after police say she attacked her boyfriend with a knife Tuesday when he attempted to break up with her at their Reese Avenue home.

Willie Woods, 44, was treated for a small cut on his wrist and a 10-inch long and 2-inch deep cut on his leg.
