Police seeking man who tried to use lost bank card

Richmond County authorities are asking for assistance in their search for a man who has been seen trying to use a lost bank card.



According to a news release, the suspect entered Kangaroo Express, 2822 Peach Orchard Road, about 3:30 p.m. Sunday carrying a small child. He attempted to get money from an ATM using a Wells Fargo bank card at least three times.

An hour later, the man approached Wells Fargo, 3115 Peach Orchard Road, and attempted to use the card by trying multiple PINs.

Anyone with information on the suspect’s identity is asked to call the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 821-1020.

Lost credit card

not very much to go on - except for the small child. Someone had to have seen him or how else would the AC report where he was - - -
I know people want to help but more information is needed!

ATM's have cameras that are activated when you activate the system. Certainly, if you enter the wrong ID your pic would be taken.

To vague

As usual the information provided is to vague for the public to even know who to keep an eye out for. We need better information published in these situations if at all possible.
