Investigators are searching for the person who burglarized a Cherry Tree Crossing home and set it on fire Friday morning.

According to an incident report, the 28-year-old victim received a text message about 4 a.m. saying her apartment was on fire.

The woman told authorities she had not been at the home since 10 a.m. Thursday.

A television and window air conditioner were missing from the residence.

Fire investigators said the fire was set in the bedroom and a corner of the living room.
