A 21-year-old man is behind bars after police said he beat another man April 7 at Wheels Corner Pub on Broad Street.

James Armstrong has been charged with aggravated battery after being identified by viewers after surveillance videos from the business at 879 Broad Street were released to the media.

Police said Armstrong started a fight inside that spilled out into the street. On the street, he continued to fight several people.

One of the victims, Jorge Villalba, was hit in the head and taken to Medical College of Georgia Hospital with facial injuries and a fractured skull.

Villalba remains hospitalized.

Authorities are attempting to identify others in the surveillance video.
