A Skinner Mill Road resident notified authorities Tuesday after he returned home to someone had damaged the property.

According to an incident report, Sean McGahee, 34, Millbrook Point Apartments, 3100 block of Skinner Mill, returned around noon Tuesday after being away since Thursday to find someone had written “dead” in ketchup on a glass door and had stuck a black machete in his laundry room door.
