2 Augusta teen sisters reported missing since Sunday

Richmond County sheriff’s deputies are searching for two missing teenage girls.

Vanessa Brook Hammons, 14, and Savannah Lee Hammons, 16, ran away from their home in the 4000 block of Windsor Spring Road on Sunday, according to an e-mail from Lt. Calvin Chew.

Both girls are described as white, with brown hair and brown eyes, and both weigh 160 pounds. Vanessa is described as 5 feet 2 inches, and Savannah is 5 feet 7 inches.
