NORTH AUGUSTA — A woman called police after she discovered her clothes and television had been thrown outside and covered in bleach by a man she knew.

According to an incident report, the man, 42, asked her to pick up belongings she’d left in his closet on Royalette Drive.

When the woman, 35, arrived at the residence, she found her clothes had been cut with scissors, dumped in a trash can outside and covered with bleach. A flat screen television had also been doused with bleach.

Police estimated the damage at $2,000.

The report did not reveal the relationship between the two.
