Two teenage boys burglarized a home Wednesday in the Meadowbrook neighborhood off Meadowbrook Drive, then fired shots at a witness.
Officers responded about 10:50 a.m. to the 3500 block of Mutimer Drive, where the witness said he saw the teens running through a neighbor’s backyard carrying two flat-panel television sets, according to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office incident report.
When the witness asked the suspects what they were doing, they dropped the TVs and kept running. The witness called police from inside. When he went back outside, the boys, then farther down the street, fired several shots, the report states.
Officers searched the area but were unable to find the two teenagers, one wearing a red shirt and tan pants and the other wearing a black jacket, tan pants and fur hat.
The teens threw a brick through the kitchen window of a home in the 3400 block of McAlpine Drive and took the TVs, police said.
Yes ICL, they should be. If LE were to approach them to ask why they are not, the officer gets accused of harrassment without provocation.
Repeat offenders. Previous punishment wasn't harsh enough.
pacificvoyager, doesn't matter what color they were.....it's about the character of their insides, not the color of their outside.
No race has a monopoly on bad behavior. But, I do wonder where the fathers of these boys are...
