The last of 22 defendants arrested in what officials called a “massive cocaine trafficking conspiracy” has been sentenced to 3 years, 10 months in prison.

Eddie Dewayne Galison, 29, of Memphis, Tenn., was sentenced to federal prison Tuesday for his role in the drug ring that supplied cocaine to McDuffie, Warren, Columbia and Hancock counties, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Galison’s arrest and the dismantling of the operation were the result of a joint investigation by local law enforcement, including the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office and Thomson Police Department, and federal agencies such as the FBI.

“Federal and local law enforcement cooperation has resulted in a complete disruption of a major drug trafficking organization, and the incarceration of a number of dangerous criminals,” U.S. Attorney Edward Tarver said in a statement.

Other defendants sentenced for their roles in the drug trafficking conspiracy are:
