An altercation Wednesday between a parent and a bus driver has prompted an investigation by the Richmond County school system’s Department of School Safety and Security, said Patrick Clayton, chief of school safety.

Because of an ongoing investigation, Clayton said he could not release further information except that the incident occurred about 4:30 p.m. on Deans Bridge Road near a Dollar General store.

Wow,
and we want to know what is wrong with our kids today. Can I say stupid idiot parents such as this. Totally uncalled for. And to find out this was a woman he did that to. I bet if it was a dude he may have gotten a much needed beatdown. I bet he is an abuser at home. Certainly seems that way
