I have lived in Augusta for

I have lived in Augusta for many years. I am from Boston, but it is sad that nothing is getting better, whatever happened to when people get into a fight the fight with their fists, and live to brag about it or get jived on by their friends and family. So sad whats going on in that city now!!!

Chanika, your question is one

Chanika, your question is one a lot of us would like an answer and solution for. I am 57, and when I was a kid I carried a pocket knife to school. Boys in high school might have a shotgun or rifle hanging on the gun rack in the PU truck. Even when there were racial tensions in the late 60's-early 70's from desegregation, the boys didn't use weapons, they fought with fists to settle their differences. Now you run the risk of getting murdered if you get in a fight.

We have definitely as a

We have definitely as a society lost our way. And as long as we look to the wrong things to meet our needs, it will continue to disintegrate.

her we go in 2012. wonder

her we go in 2012. wonder what the murder rate will be this year and it looks like its gonna be higher, what are we coming to in this world, crime is getting the upper hand and instead justice is taking the backseat. we need more cops to patrol and be seen to reduce crime ratings ..period.........

well looks like this is another example of the "fine criminal justice system in augusta"....seems ole chris isn't a stranger to the system...his is on the loose but there is a booking picture available...hmmmmm i guess he was "missunderstood" that got him arrested the first time...i wonder what the charge was...hances are when caught he will get a slap on the wrist and let loose again
