Augusta car wash seeks theft charges against former employee

A Washington Road business is seeking charges against a former manager who said he had been stealing money.

According to an incident report, a former manager at Top Notch Express Car Wash, 2841 Washington Road, admitted to fellow employees after being confronted that he had taken $3,883 from the business’s night deposits since November to catch up on bills.
