A burglar reportedly stole more than $5,800 worth of jewelry from an Augusta home Tuesday.

Jane Eleanor Williams, 71, told police she had left the house around 9:30 a.m. and when she returned at 1:16 p.m., she saw her house had been broken into.

Williams told the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office that her back door had been forced open and the burglar had only taken items from her jewelry box. Williams said the burglar took diamond rings, a sapphire ring, a gold bangle bracelet, four silver bracelets and a pearl necklace, according to a report.

To let the public know where

To let the public know where these break-ins and any other crime take place would be of much help. All of us need to be on constant alert and
the more we are informed, the better we can (hopefully) help.

more redistribution of the

more redistribution of the wealth lol, I guess it would be better if only the wealthiest were to benefit from this. Guess copperhead is o.k. with W. buffet saying he would pay nearly ZERO income tax under the likes of the the drop-out womanizer who was leading the polls '999' tax plan and other republicans tax proposals. I'm just saying...
