$900 worth of Barbie collectables stolen from Augusta home

Barbie collectables valued at $900 were stolen from an Augusta home Thursday afternoon.

George Davis, 65, of the 3400 block of Deans Bridge Road, called police when he discovered the front door to his trailer had been forced open, according to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office report.

Davis said that along with the Barbie collectables, the burglar stole an antique crib, a Beauty and the Beast collectable doll, a 12-inch hunting knife and three aluminum tables.
