Probably, too bad there is no description of the thief. Wonder if some illegal’s suddenly needing a ride out of town had anything to do with this?

Hopefully, one day, the authorities will uncover this auto theft ring, and some of the stolen vehicles will be recovered. These perps should get corporal punishment for their deeds.

Least he heard it happen

Least he heard it happen whereas most folks, even while wide awake can't hear anything going on outside due to house fans, furnace, A/C, T.V.,stereo, radio, etc.. Sooner than later, some armed homeowner will put the thieves out of work.

We've run an experiment here for the past 45 years or so and there are some signs it might be ending.

Let's hope it's not too late.
