Gold jewelry valued at $2,150 was stolen from the A-1 Jewelry and Pawn shop at 3036 Deans Bridge Road.

Store owner Earl Lynn Drigger said Wednesday that an employee or former employee could have taken the items from a vault in the back room, according to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office incident report.

More than 20 gold rings, bracelets and necklaces were reported missing.
